  • Reviewing Piping MTO: Ensuring accurate material take-offs to optimize resource utilization.
  • 3D Model Generation: Creating comprehensive 3D models for better visualization and planning.
  • Generation of Isometric Drawings: Producing precise isometric drawings for construction and maintenance.
  • Process and Power Piping: Expertise in designing piping systems for industrial processes and power generation.
  • Piping Components and Fittings: Knowledge of various piping components and fittings to ensure system integrity.
  • Design Calculation: Performing complex calculations to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Bill of Materials (BOM): Creating detailed BOMs for project planning and procurement.
  • Pipe Class and PMS: Selecting appropriate pipe classes and adhering to Piping Material Specifications.

  1. Design Engineer: I have extensive experience as a design engineer, working with E3D, Plant 3D, and Solidworks. My work in plant engineering, oil refineries, power plants, and skids has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of these complex environments.
  2. Product Development Mechanical Designer: Utilizing Solidworks, I have been involved in product modeling, drafting, and prototyping. This role has allowed me to bring innovative ideas to life and refine existing products to meet evolving industry standards.
  3. Teaching Faculty: As a teaching faculty member in mechanical engineering, I have had the opportunity to share my knowledge and passion with aspiring engineers. This role has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to contribute to the development of the next generation of engineers.
  4. Site Engineer: My experience as a site engineer in a power plant has given me practical insights into the implementation and maintenance of engineering projects. This hands-on experience has been invaluable in understanding the real-world challenges and solutions in engineering.
